Corroded Hydronic Piping
At Park Place, renovation was driven by necessity: Age-related corrosion in the hydronic piping had led to multiple catastrophic failures and even necessitated the shutdown of two building tiers. The building community had struggled with a previous contractor and on the recommendation of their engineering firm hired SageWater to successfully complete 15 risers. After the initial work was completed, SageWater was contracted to successfully complete the remainder of the building.
