Lugano at Pelican Bay is a community of low-rise condominium buildings. Unfortunately, residents were experiencing systemic leaks caused by defective polybutylene piping. SageWater replaced the defective polybutylene piping with a modern domestic water piping system. Using our turnkey process solution, our expert craftsmen also performed all the wall repairs and painting, returning each unit to its original finished condition. Additionally, SageWater installed new in-unit shutoff valves and shock arrestors on the laundry, dishwasher and ice-maker lines to bring them up to code.
