Timber Hollow Apartments

Timber Hollow was experiencing a growing number of leaks due to the widespread failure of its existing polybutylene supply piping system. SageWater was hired to eliminate the risk of future leaks by way of installing a brand new CPVC system. With our One Call Repipe® process, SageWater replaced all defective polybutylene pipe and fittings across 344 occupied residential apartment homes, the community clubhouse, and central laundry facility within the owners pre-stated budget. Inspection officials from the local building division were impressed with our streamlined process and showed their appreciation by accommodating our expedited inspection requests. This allowed our team to finalize unit restorations ahead of schedule and was an unexpected yet pleasant surprise to community residents and the onsite management team.
