This garden-style apartment community was dealing with as many as three to four leaks every week across the property’s potable supply piping system. These leaks were the result of defective polybutylene that was installed when the property was originally built. SageWater crews performed a property wide One Call Repipe of the residential units and clubhouse, replacing the polybutylene piping with corrosion-resistant CPVC piping within the building mains & risers, as well as the exterior building mains. As part of the repipe process, crews also performed concrete and drywall repairs, and painted all affected surfaces.
