This luxury apartment community was experiencing leaks due to defective polybutylene pipes. Using our One Call Repipe® process, SageWater replaced the defective polybutylene domestic water supply pipes with CPVC piping.  Our solution also included the installation of a new yard service line, replacement of piping in main risers as well as replacement of polybutylene piping on the Apollo heating system. In addition, we kept residents and the property manager well informed of the process through our robust communications program with resident notifications, town hall meetings and onsite staff. Our drywall and paint repair after the pipe replacement returned each unit to its original finished condition.
