Sycamore Fort Mill (formerly known as Berkshire Fort Mill)

At just ten years old, this garden-style apartment prematurely experienced severe leaks in its domestic supply piping system. SageWater removed and replaced all elements of the failing system, including the piping, shut-off valves, and riser supply hoses. The new piping started where the existing system connected to the riser, located in the wall or ceiling behind each unit’s water heater. The team also installed 24 new hose bibs and removed and reset the existing water submeters. We provided end-to-end service from project management to installation through returning the units to their original condition by repairing and painting walls, and resetting all fixtures and finishes.
