Alight State College (formerly known as The Park at State College)

The Park at State College caters to Penn State University students, with a location less than a mile from campus, a beautiful setting, high-quality apartments, and amenities including a pool and fitness center. Behind the walls, however, the buildings were experiencing repetitive leaking issues. Property managers called in SageWater to conduct a full replacement of all interior water piping. The project was straightforward and without any significant challenges in design and installation but called upon the proven SageWater communication and coordination approaches even more than usual. Since the repipe was conducted during the school year, SageWater had to ensure minimal disruption for the students, managing expectations, clearly communicating work schedules, and turning units around as efficiently as possible.
