Sundance was experiencing severe leaks from pipes constantly bursting throughout the complex. SageWater replaced the domestic water supply and main lines with Uponor PEX piping and used copper pipe for the failing heating system. Working closely with Kent Engineering, each unit was rigorously inspected for wall repairs, drywall patching and plumbing.
