This was a complex re-pipe project. In addition to the typical above ground DWV systems, SageWater performed extensive underground pipe replacement required to accommodate code regulations for “suds relief” configurations. This included trenching over 20 feet of concrete, 4 feet wide, and 4 feet deep in each ground floor unit to access the pipe. Using our One Call Repipe approach, we not only replaced the pipe, but restored the units back to their pre-renovation finished conditions. This included concrete repairs resulting from the trenching, as well as removal and re-setting of bathroom fixtures and vanities, kitchens, and removal and replacement of flooring including carpet, ceramic tile, hardwoods, and vinyl. The project also included underground pipe replacement in common areas and the parking structure, requiring additional trenching and asphalt repairs.

As president of the building association, I interacted with [SageWater] everyday. I haven’t been called “sir” so many times in my life. I highly recommend SageWater and its outstanding crew. They completed the entire project on time and within the original bid proposal!
