Florence Apartments

This repipe project included the SageWater turnkey solution for replacing deteriorating piping in an occupied apartment community. The scope of work included new piping and pipe insulation, as well as fire sealants between floors, and new stop valves and flex risers for the water supply system at the kitchen sink, bath vanities and commodes. In addition, we repaired all affected drywall including final painting to return the property to its original finished condition. All of this included our best-in-class project management, scheduling and resident communication program.
