Polybutylene Supply Piping
Having already successfully performed our One Call Repipe solution to 210 units in a total of 16 buildings in 2009, new property owner Kettler Management hired SageWater to complete the remaining 148 units in this garden-style apartment community. The defective polybutylene piping is being replaced with more corrosion-resistant CPVC piping, including drywall and paint repairs.
