This was our second repipe for this large multifamily ownership group. After recently acquiring the garden-style apartment community, the owner hired SageWater to perform our One Call Repipe solution to replace the original defective polybutylene piping. As part of the acquisition, the new owner wanted to upgrade some of the interior amenities at the property, and did not want to risk potential water damage resulting from the leaking polybutylene pipes. Along with replacing the polybutylene supply lines with a CPVC piping system, SageWater crews completed drywall and paint repairs to the affected surfaces, leaving the units ready for their additional upgrades.
