Residents at The Piikoi Atrium Condominium were skeptical when their Board decided it was time to replace the drain, waste, and vent piping system in their community. They understood, however, once they learned that the building had several leaks over the years that caused major insurance claims. It was getting harder for the Board to maintain a good quality of life in the building and afford the rising insurance costs.
