Failing Hydronic Riser Piping

This condominium community faced age-related issues with its HVAC piping systems. SageWater was hired to perform a replacement of the riser isolation valves, condensate drain lines, as well as 32 building main supply and return risers. We also refinished the affected drywall within units. The project was completed on time and under budget, much to the satisfaction of unit owners and property management. As homeowner William Kirst put it, “Overall, I’d like to say very professional job; I’m extremely pleased from a resident’s perspective…I don’t know how you do it. It wasn’t a disruption to my life at all.”
