The residences at Shorewood Heights had been carefully restored with modern amenities for a luxury experience. SageWater made similar updates behind the walls when the owners chose to repipe the domestic water system throughout the 20-building complex. Thanks to its proven turnkey solution, SageWater replaced the failing water mains and supply pipes in all 645 units in only eight months—far faster than the 18 months they originally estimated. The project included managing extensive asbestos abatement in every apartment plus in the basements and crawl spaces so that our crews could route the new piping there. Using an onsite project manager and clear, consistent communication with property managers and residents is one way that SageWater rapidly completed this complex project with high quality.
