As President and Chief Operating Officer, David oversees all facets of SageWater’s organization, ensuring we maintain our position as the leading nationwide provider of turnkey plumbing and mechanical infrastructure solutions for condominium and apartment communities. His background in commercial construction spans general and mechanical contracting and piping infrastructure. For more than 15 years, he has led teams to execute multimillion-dollar projects. In 2022, he helped transform our pre-construction and design-build capabilities by spearheading SageWater’s expansion into forensic analyses and solution-based design and implementation. David holds an MBA from Marymount University and a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Maryland. He uses his experience in both business and engineering when approaching his work at SageWater. In his off-hours, David loves spending time with his wife and two sons, officiating college lacrosse, golfing, car restoration and woodworking.
