Timber Hollow Apartments

Timber Hollow was experiencing leaks due to a failing polybutylene supply piping system. SageWater was hired to replace the polybutylene domestic interior water supply pipes with new piping. Using our turnkey process, SageWater completed the replacement in 344 units, the clubhouse and the laundry room on time and on budget. In addition, the crew installed 23 hose bibs in each building and one in the clubhouse. The city was impressed with our streamlined process and accommodated our morning inspection time each day. This allowed us to perform our drywall and paint repair in two units each day, pleasing both the property management team and the tenants.
