Parkway Cooperative of Burnsville

Parkway Cooperative, a senior living cooperative community, was experiencing issues with leaking in their domestic supply pipes, leading the Co-op Board to pursue a repipe. The Board chose SageWater because they liked our project management and turnkey approach. The community partially financed the repipe with a loan through the Department of Housing and Urban Development, so we also made ourselves readily available to ensure they had the necessary documentation and project details to secure the funds.

SageWater impressed residents with our willingness to answer all their questions and our dedication to ensuring the entire community knew what was happening with the project well in advance. We finished on-time and on-budget, and the Board president has since recommended us to other properties that are considering their own repipes.
