Ocean Towers

Ocean Towers was experiencing failures and cracked piping in its drain, waste, and vent (DWV) system. The board sought out an engineer, who recommended replacing the domestic supply and hydronic HVAC piping in addition to the DWV piping, given the deterioration across all three systems and the cost-effective nature of tackling them together. The board chose us because they liked our turnkey solution and the positive testimonials from former clients at other high-rise buildings.

For the sewage lines running through the garage, we used an innovative proprietary solution to repipe this area without water shutdowns. This minimized disruption, allowing residents across the building to use their bathrooms throughout the project. We repiped all three systems on time and on-budget, including hiring a trusted partner for asbestos abatement.
