Muse ATL

The Muse ATL apartment community was experiencing significant leaking in their supply and drain piping. The owners were aware of SageWater and chose us to complete the project because they knew from our reputation that we’d be able to deliver a well-managed, turnkey service.

To ensure they understood the problem and were using resources efficiently, the owners asked us to begin with a Pipe TEST (Technical Evaluation of System Threats). Through forensic analysis of samples and camera work, we determined that the CPVC supply piping was embrittled and needed a full repipe, but only the ground-floor condensate waste stacks in the DWV system needed to be replaced. As part of our standard service to limit plumbing disruptions during the project and future maintenance, we installed new isolation valves. We finished the repipe on-budget and ahead of schedule.
