Island Colony

Island Colony is a 745-unit mixed-use residential property in Honolulu. Built in 1979, it was experiencing frequent leaks, leading the Board to pursue Hawaii’s biggest DWV plumbing retrofit yet. The Board wanted a turnkey service provider who could bring this repipe project from start to finish in an ambitious 18 months. They chose SageWater because we were the only contractor who met all their requirements, offering turnkey service and an efficient schedule that would fit their desired timeline and minimize the impact on residents and businesses.
