Hyde Park

Due to persistent leaking in their fifty-year-old hydronic system, Hyde Park Condominium’s Board decided to pursue a repipe. They chose SageWater based on our expertise with this type of project. To decide whether and how to phase the repipe, the Board requested we perform a Pipe TEST forensic analysis (or Technical Evaluation of System Threats) to assess the state of their pipes. Based on this data and the community’s needs, we presented several potential approaches, from a single mobilization to phases over several years. The community chose the single mobilization.

To minimize disruption, we first installed isolation valves during the shoulder season when residents wouldn’t need heat or cooling. We completed the project on-budget and well ahead of schedule, including handling all coordination with the commercial properties on the building’s first floor.
