Grosvenor Park I

This high-rise condominium was experiencing substantial age-related corrosion of its two-pipe HVAC riser system. SageWater replaced the vertical two-pipe supply and return risers. The project included 82 new riser isolation valves for the supply and return lines as well as an upgraded installation of 41 balance valves on the supply risers. In addition to the complete riser and valve replacement, we installed new branch piping to connect to the existing 599 Fan Coil Units served by the riser piping. The turnkey infrastructure replacement included full time project management, wall and ceiling access and repair, local code inspections, insulation, firestopping and paint renovations. Our crews were faced with a temporary shut-down due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but resumed working efficiently following strict safety protocols ensuring the safety and peace of mind for the residents and staff of Grosvenor Park I.​
