The Fairways community, owned by Fairfield Residential and managed by Fairfield–The Fairways, was one of countless properties suffering from defective polybutylene piping. Fairfield asked SageWater to perform our One Call Repipe solution, replacing polybutylene pipes with CPVC in 256 units around the garden-style property over 2.5 months. Our renovations included drywall and painting.
