The Livingston Apartment community in Washington D.C. experienced a multitude of leaks due to age-related corrosion in its HVAC riser piping system. SageWater replaced five failing hydronic risers and installed ten riser isolation valves for the supply and return lines. The project included asbestos abatement as well as firestopping at pipe penetrations. In the end, we restored each unit to its original condition with seamless wall repair and custom paint matching.
