The owners of Alvista Nine Mile wanted to upscale their community with in-unit washers and dryers to bolster quality of life for their residents and drive ROI. They had worked with our team for laundry retrofits and repipes at other properties and chose us because they knew we would be able to deliver a well-managed, turnkey service.
We installed all dryer vents through the side walls, avoiding the need to cut a hole in the roof and lowering risk for the owners. To reach the higher floors when installing the vent hoods, we used a boom lift.
We finished the project on time and on budget, and the owners were able to begin to see ROI immediately, with a $150/unit monthly revenue increase.
