The owners of Mallard Ridge Apartments needed to replace deteriorating polybutylene supply piping throughout the property. To help them, we proposed several options for phasing the project. The board chose SageWater to complete the project because they were familiar with our work and knew we could do the job well. They chose to move forward with a single mobilization to avoid setting up and breaking down multiple times, which can drive up cost. We completed the project on-time and on-budget, coordinating with management through several scope adjustments with minimal disruption.
