The Takoma Overlook condominium community was experiencing hot water delivery failures in its domestic supply system, particularly on the farthest ends, where residents often waited more than twenty minutes for warm water. The Board chose SageWater to repipe the infrastructure because they liked our reputation, experience, and pricing. We partially replaced and upsized the hot water recirculation mains, installed a new domestic hot water pump and balancing valves, and insulated all new recirculation piping—restoring reliable hot water delivery. We completed the project on time and on budget, coordinating around severe winter weather and scheduling work to avoid boiler shutdowns on the coldest days. Residents commented on our crew’s professionalism, clear communication, and minimal disruption to their daily routines.
