Problem
Faulty Polybutylene Supply Piping
Solution
Turnkey Pipe Replacement

Stoneridge Condominiums, a ski resort community, was experiencing recurrent leaks in its polybutylene supply piping, including several major leak events that caused substantial property damage. The Board chose SageWater to carry out a turnkey supply piping replacement based on our successful completion of a comparable project at a nearby property. Despite several scope changes, we finished on time by scheduling work through the summer to avoid disrupting ski season and protect owners’ rental income. Because many owners were not onsite during construction, we expanded our standard communications program to include additional email updates and supplemental town hall-style meetings. The Board and residents appreciated our crew’s flexibility and attention to cleanliness throughout the project.
