Na Pali Gardens

Na Pali Gardens was facing persistent leaks, clogs, and rising insurance claims due to their aging drain, waste and vent piping system. The Board selected SageWater to complete the turnkey repipe because they appreciated our professionalism while helping to determine the cause and extent of their piping issues. The property includes a nine-story high-rise building and several three-story townhomes. Because the townhomes lack interior hallway access, SageWater devised a weatherproof outdoor staging area that could be assembled and disassembled daily. In addition, several homeowners had relocated their kitchens during prior renovations, requiring mid-project adjustments and additional piping. Despite these extra logistics, SageWater completed the repipe on schedule and within budget. Residents appreciated the friendliness and adaptability of our crews throughout the project.
