Eastover Ridge Apartments

Eastover Ridge Apartments needed to replace its aging polybutylene fire sprinkler system to bring it into compliance with current code. The property manager chose SageWater to carry out the project because they were confident in our processes and abilities.

We mobilized quickly and maintained efficiency throughout, completing the five‑month project on schedule and within budget, including creating engineered drawings and ensuring the new piping adhered to all building and fire codes. Because water remains in sprinkler piping for extended periods, we paid careful attention to insulating attic pipes to prevent freezing.

Residents and management appreciated our communication, our efforts to minimize disruption, and the special attention we paid to matching paint colors and textures—in fact, the manager said she couldn’t even tell where we’d cut the holes in the walls.
