Greenbelt Homes, a 1600‑unit cooperative, was experiencing leaks and water damage from aging domestic water and drain, waste, and vent piping. They selected SageWater for a 26‑unit pilot, with plans to replace the property’s piping in phases over several years. During the pilot, they were impressed by our efficient scheduling, clear resident communication, and friendly onsite teams. Based on that success, the cooperative awarded us the first full project phase, covering 100 units. We accelerated progress by adding a second crew, completing the work ahead of schedule to avoid construction in units over the holidays. In addition to finishing ahead of schedule and on budget, when requested, we helped residents preserve original tilework and cupboards with the creative use of access points. Our work in the community is expected to continue with new phases in 2026 and beyond.
