Palm Beach House was experiencing regular drain failures—resulting in underperformance and leaks—as well as persistent issues with their hydronic HVAC system, which negatively impacted their air conditioning. They chose SageWater to carry out their drain, waste, and vent and condenser water lines repipe after touring a project and seeing our expertise working in occupied buildings firsthand. They also liked that our turnkey approach kept accountability with one team. During the project, we spun off parts of our team to resolve drain issues outside the scope of our repipe work, helping maintain quality of life in the community at no extra cost. We also figured out how to cut fewer holes than expected to reach the hydronic piping, making the drywalling process much more efficient. We finished on time and on-budget.
