The owner of the 440-unit Reveal Apartments wanted to upscale the complex with in-unit washers and dryers. They turned to SageWater because they’d had positive experiences with us on projects in two other apartment properties and felt we could meet their scheduling, workflow, and professionalism requirements.
During the project, the owner added a new requirement, which was to remove carpet and lay down vinyl flooring before installing the new laundry appliances. We were able to fulfill the additional scope seamlessly. We hired and supervised a contractor for the unplanned work and still completed the project on budget and in 8.5 months, which was ahead of the client’s timeline. As a result, the owner realized a greater return on their investment sooner than expected.
