At The Ward Lanai, SageWater repiped 28 residential unit bathrooms from the third floor to the ninth floor. In addition to replacing the sanitary stacks down to the tie-in points with the lateral sanitary main piping, we replaced the vent stacks through the 9th floor ceiling up to the building roof vent penetration. We also installed new 4” gate valves and a 4” backflow preventer. To reach the pipes, the crew had to remove and reset bathroom vanities, mirrors, toilets, and light fixtures. We then repaired the walls to their original finished condition.
SageWater did an excellent job on our major pipe replacement project. They kept owners/residents well informed of the project schedule… and conducted a group town hall meeting prior to construction as well as individual unit meetings pre- and post- construction.
