Village Green Apartments

This apartment community was suffering from leaks as a result of defective polybutylene supply piping. SageWater was hired to perform our turnkey solution, replacing the polybutylene, which included intra-building mains. We provided our best-in-class project management and resident communications program, which was a critical component, since many of the residents had lived at Village Green for a long time. It was important to SageWater to have multiple resident meetings to review the details of the project and keep everyone informed. SageWater crews also performed drywall repairs and painted the affected surfaces.
