Victorian Gate Condominiums was experiencing significant, recurring leaks in their polybutylene supply piping. The Board chose SageWater to perform a turnkey pipe replacement. The project was complicated by the fact that the building’s piping, including the city main, had to be accessed through the ground-floor retail storefronts. To avoid disruption during business hours, we adjusted our typical schedule to carry out this stage of work during evenings and weekends. Within the residential units, the project also required close attention to many custom fixtures and finishes—including tilework and shiplap—each of which we restored to its original condition after installing the new piping. We finished the project on time despite these challenges, and residents were pleased with our professionalism and communication.
