Thrive Communities

SageWater was hired by Thrive Communities to completely repipe two separate garden-style properties experiencing frequent leaks in their polybutylene supply piping systems. Our crews were able to complete both Canopy Apartments and Porchlight Apartments, totaling 452-units, in just under 8 months. In addition to like-in-kind pipe replacement, drywall and paint renovations, the scope of work also included changing the water distribution from a bartered system at Canopy Creek, to one that included shut-offs in each unit. This helped future-proof the community against building wide shutdowns, enabling individual units to get plumbing work done without taking the rest of the community off-line. Not only did our crews operate under increased safety protocols as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak, but they also worked promptly to complete this Porchlight repipe in conjunction with a massive remodel of the entire property.
