This high-rise apartment in Richmond, Virginia was suffering from a number of leaks due to deteriorating copper pipes. SageWater replaced the copper supply piping in each unit with Uponor PEX piping and installed new stop valves and flex risers for the water supply system at the kitchen sinks, bath vanities and commodes. Utilizing our turnkey process, SageWater crews also performed removal and resetting of kitchen and bath cabinetry to access piping where necessary, as well as drywall and paint repairs to affected surfaces, restoring the property to its original finished condition.
