The Rosalei condominium community was experiencing extremely low water pressure in its supply piping system due to the age of the galvanized domestic water pipes and missing booster pumps. They also needed to replace their aged drain, waste, and vent (DWV) piping. The board engaged SageWater to replace both systems, which were behind 4-inch concrete block. We also installed booster pumps and a backflow preventer in all units, which required cutting through up to 2 inches of plaster and lathe. Finally, as with any project that requires it, our crews removed and reset kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, returning each unit to its original finished condition.
