This project required the removal and resetting of bathroom fixtures, vanities and washers/dryers. Due to the extensive underground pipe replacement to accommodate “Suds Relief” code upgrade piping configuration, residents in six first floor units had to move out. SageWater trenched over 20 feet of concrete, 4 feet wide and 4 feet deep in each unit and performed concrete repair. In three of the units, we removed and reset kitchens and removed and replaced an extensive amount of flooring (carpet, ceramic tile, hardwood and vinyl) in all units. This project also entailed underground pipe replacement in the common areas.
