This high-rise condominium was experiencing numerous leaks in their copper supply piping system. Failures were occurring both in the risers and the in-unit plumbing. SageWater was hired to replace the failing hot and cold water copper supply piping including parallel distribution of the mains. Unique requirements included not only plumbing to support traditional kitchen and bath plumbing fixtures but also in-unit plumbing to refrigerators as well as plumbing for in-unit humidifiers.
