Sundance was experiencing severe leaks from pipes constantly bursting throughout the complex. SageWater replaced the domestic water supply, main lines, and failing heating system. The installation process included 2-inch pipe from the ground up and into exterior walls where SageWater ran a main truck line through the entire building. Every single unit was repiped by branching off the main line to each stack. Working closely with Kent Engineering, each unit was rigorously inspected for wall repairs, drywall patching and plumbing. SageWater utilized our turnkey process to execute an efficient pipe replacement project and received incredibly positive feedback from residents and the President of Sundance and our engineering partner.
