Steeplechase Apartments was yet another property suffering from a polybutylene system failure. With 450 units across this two-story garden-style community in need of renovation, the staff decided to call SageWater. We provided our turnkey solution, replacing all polybutylene piping over the course of five months. As in other projects, we completed the work on time, on budget, with minimal disruption to residents or property managers.
