The apartments at Ridgeline Arvada, which were owned by Helios Properties, went from experiencing one or two leaks a month to three or four leaks a week. SageWater replaced the defective polybutylene supply elements of the domestic water distribution system with a completely new piping system. As part of the repipe, SageWater installed stop valves at all sinks and toilets and unit main ball valves for the hot and cold water lines in each unit. Because Helios chose SageWater, tenants were able to remain in their homes during the renovations. Our dedicated project managers applied proven communications and scheduling programs to minimize disruption and complete work on time.
The dedicated on-site project manager is obviously as much tenant relations as anything else, and he really did outstanding. He was attentive and responsive, and I had total faith that whatever he said he would do, he’d do it quickly and thoroughly.
