Powderidge Condominiums, a slopeside community at Snowshoe Mountain Resort, was experiencing frequent, catastrophic leaks in their polybutylene supply piping. The Board chose SageWater to repipe their buildings because they appreciated the time we spent on-site becoming familiar with certain details of the property’s construction as well as our ability to address specific scheduling concerns.
We built our project timeline and plan to ensure most of the work was done during the shoulder season, minimizing disruption to owners who rent out their property in winter and summer. Our crew also factored the community’s remote location into their coordination including—in some instances—taking advantage of days off to drive several hours to secure the correct paint colors. This extra dedication and planning ensured we finished on-time and on-budget.
