At the Parkside Tower high-rise condominium community in Honolulu, SageWater replaced corroded drain, waste, and vent (DWV) piping with a new piping system. To replace two new DWV stacks, the crew core-drilled the concrete to run the stacks through 24 floors. They also installed new horizontal piping to serve the fixtures connected to the two new stacks. As with every SageWater project, we completed all the required and code-compliant upgrades, such as firestopping, and we returned the community to its original finished condition by repairing and painting walls and resetting all fixtures and finishes.
SageWater has done a beautiful job renovating the entire water pipe system of my penthouse.
