In this 58-unit mid-rise community overlooking the scenic Rudee Inlet in Virginia Beach, Virginia, SageWater replaced the corroded and failing drain, waste, and vent piping with a new system. We also installed waste cleanouts at the bottom of each stack and firestopped the pipe penetrations. As a benefit of our turnkey solution, SageWater also provided the tradespeople needed to successfully remove and reset luxury mahogany kitchen cabinets so that we could access the drain pipes. Providing all the expertise and skills required is how SageWater completed the project seamlessly and without disruption to the residents.
[SageWater] did a great job. When we came home, they had everything done…in one day. And I’m here to tell you they did a far better job on that wall than most of the painting contractors I’ve seen around here.
