Mission University Pines

Like many other garden-style apartment communities built in the 1980’s-1990’s, Mission University Pines suffered from defective polybutylene piping, often causing unwanted leaks in resident’s homes. SageWater was hired to perform our turnkey service, replacing the faulty polybutylene pipes with more corrosion-resistant ones and reinstalling the affected drywall and paint. Most units were completed in 3 to 4 days in total, without residents having to move out during the process.
