L'Estancia Garden

This apartment community was suffering from pinhole leaks in the copper piping for their potable water supply system. SageWater was called to perform our turnkey pipe replacement. We replaced the entire potable water system, which included intra-building mains. The property was also experiencing drain issues, so SageWater replaced some small sections of the sink drains to solve the problem. In addition, we repaired all affected drywall including final painting to return the property to its original finished condition.  All of this included our best-in-class project management, scheduling, and resident communication program.
